Villa Sunrise is a beautiful house with a large private pool and beautiful mountain views!

This beautiful villa offers a covered outdoor kitchen and barbecue next to the pool to take advantage of the hot summer days with family or friends!

Maximum capacity for 9 persons.

The house has about 200m2 distributed over 2 floors:

Main floor (access from the street):
large living room with sofa bed
large independent fully equipped kitchen
1 double room (suite) with access to the balcony and beautiful views of the mountain and pool
2 double rooms: 1 double bed room and 1 room with 2 single beds
2 bathrooms with bathtub

Lower floor:
In one part of the garage there is 1 double bed for two people
large garage for 2 cars
washing machine area
exit to the lower area: pool area, outdoor kitchen and pool bathroom

Villa Sunrise has automatic doors to access the garage with the car through the slope.

This villa is located in a very quiet residential area, so you can also park on the street without any problem.

Located in a very quiet and residential area, you can enjoy the best restaurants, shops and nightlife just a few kilometers away,

The closest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3km from the villa. One of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in Lloret de Mar where the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret and a marina with water activities for the whole family are located.

The nearest supermarket is about 500m away. from the house (normally open in high season) and 3 km right at the entrance to Lloret you will find the first supermarket with everything you need for your daily purchases.
The center of Lloret is just 4km from the villa.
