Going down the exterior stairs we reach the lower floor of the house which is made up of a large living room with a dining area and a pool table, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower.
 
This holiday residence is very suitable for several families, being very spacious and having everything you need to enjoy your holidays. A few minutes by car you have the town center, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Lloret de Mar is located to the south of the Costa Brava, 60 km from Barcelona, ​​its municipal area is 47 km2, it has five main beaches with a total of 7 km of coastline.
