Additionally, the house has a full bathroom and a shower room, which includes a washing machine for guests' greater convenience.Outside, there is a charming porch with garden furniture, which provides access to the Roman-style swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. The beautiful sandy beaches of the south, north, and east of the island are a short distance away, providing a wide variety of options to enjoy the sun and sea.The tourist tax is included in the price, and the house has air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warmest months.*Cleaning available from stays of 10 days.Information to be taken into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
