In this cozy, very private finca you can enjoy the peace and quiet by the pool or under palm trees.
The finca is located just 3 kilometers from the town of Lluchmayor and has a main house and a separate apartment.
The main house
has two bedrooms (one with air conditioning), a bathroom with shower and a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with a pellet stove. The covered (fully lockable) terrace invites you to linger, here you can sit outside all year round, have breakfast etc.
The apartment
offers a spacious bedroom with double bed and fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, fridge and coffee machine. In front of the apartment there is a small terrace with comfortable seating. All rooms are equipped with radiators.
The pool
can be reached by stairs, not heated and measures approx. five by twelve meters. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the pool terrace, and there is also an outside shower and an outside toilet.

Schöne Finca mit ausreichend Platz für sechs Erwachsene
Bereits im Vorfeld verlief der Kontakt mit Claudia in sehr angenehmer Weise. Kurz über Whatsapp Bescheid gegeben, wann wir anreisen und sie war vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von LLucmajor auf einem großen Grundstück ohne direkte Nachbarn. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.
Die Finca teilt sich in zwei Einheiten auf. Das Hauptgebäude mit großem Wohnküchenbereich und zwei separate Schlafzimmer, sowie links eine weitere Einheit mit Schlaf und Wohnzimmer und Bad. Ein Durchgang besteht nicht. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit modernen Klimageräten ausgestattet, was wirklich hilfreich war :-).
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch wirklich alles in ausreichender Anzahl um für sechs Personen zu kochen.Der Pool ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen erhöht gebaut und bietet Platz für 6 Liegen. Mit drei kleinen Stufen versehen war man auf der Tiefe von ca. 1,50m. Trotz der Sonnenlage war die Temperatur erfrischend. Sehr praktisch ist die Außendusche, sowie eine Toilette unterhalb des Pools. Angrenzend gab es zusätzlich unter den Palmen Liegen um im Schatten zu liegen. Alle Bereiche waren praktisch uneinsehrbar und man konnte auch mal die Musik etwas lauter machen.
Claudia war immer für uns erreichbar, als es Fragen zum Müll o.ä. gab, so dass die zwei Wochen rundrum ein gelungener Urlaub war. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Tolle Finca sehr nette Gastgeber
Haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen alles da, was man braucht. Alles sauber und immer sehr bemüht einem zu helfen oder Fragen zu beantworten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Ort, auch alles vorhanden. Mietwagen ist vom Vorteil.
Wir werden wieder kommen .

Schöne Finca
Schön gelegene Finca für erholsamen Urlaub genau das richtige.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
Einzig zu bemängeln wäre das die Klimaanlage an 6 von unseren 8 Urlaubstagen wegen Kältemittelverlust nicht funktionierte.
