I would hesitate to rent this property again during summer months because there is no air conditioning. There is a cooling system in the floor ( so the floor is cool ) but it was very difficult to get ready ie dry hair in the heat đŸ„”

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral mit tollem Blick auf den See. Sie ist groß und modern eingerichtet mit allem Komfort. Etwas störend ist der VerkehrslĂ€rm, wir haben bei geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen. Sehr angenehm war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Da wir viel gekocht haben, hĂ€tten wir uns noch einen grĂ¶ĂŸeren Kochtopf und eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Pfanne gewĂŒnscht. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage waren die SupermĂ€rkte zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Wohnung wie beschrieben. Fantastische Aussicht. Gute Betten. Sehr gute Lage: nah zum Bahnhof und öffentlichen Verkehr, zur Innenstadt. Perfekt ist auch der Parkplatz.

Tolle Aussicht mit viel VerkehrslÀrm

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Locarno, was ein grosser Vorteil war. Von dem grosszĂŒgigen Balkon hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick ĂŒber den Lago Maggiore, jedoch ist der VerkehrslĂ€rm so lĂ€ut, dass man gerne wieder in die Wohnung zurĂŒck ging und die Fenster schloss. In der Nacht wurde man, trotz geschlossenen Fernstern, immer wieder wach durch feiernde Jungendliche am See und vor allem von den Autoposern, welche durchgehend unterwegs waren. Erholung sieht einfach anders aus. Jedoch muss erwĂ€hnt werden, dass die Wohnung sehr schön und gut ausgestattet ist.

Tolle Location. Verwaltung ist im selben GebĂ€ude. Einziges Manko war die sehr Enge und steile Tiefgarageneinfahrt sehr engen ParkplĂ€tze. Das ist fĂŒr einen Neubau, nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ss.
