Upon arrival, you'll find a pleasant living area with a functional and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. The spacious living room, equipped with a TV, easily converts into a sleeping area thanks to a comfortable sofa bed.

The separate bedroom offers a double bed (160 cm), large wall-mounted closets, and a desk area, ideal for working remotely or organizing your belongings in complete peace and quiet.
The adjoining bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, promises moments of relaxation after a day of walking or work.

Open the French window to access a vast paved terrace, equipped with a table, garden furniture, lounge chairs, and, above all, a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Just opposite, a beautifully wooded public garden invites you to stroll or take a break in nature.
