The cozy 3-room apartment is located in the attic of the house with a separate entrance via an outside staircase and has two bedrooms (sloping ceilings) with double beds (140 x 200). The living room has a pull-out sofa bed for max. 1 person is available, from here you can reach the furbished balcony with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. In the entrance area there is a second balcony, from where one looks at the about 100 meters away Kölpinsee. A spacious kitchen with sitting area and kitchenette (2-plate stove and sink, refrigerator). A larger bathroom with skylight (partially low ceiling / roof) with shower u. WC Furthermore, there is a TV, radio with CD player for use. A sitting area in the garden invites you to linger on the grilling also is possible (common use).
