Our modern apartment is located in the attic of a newly built in 2005. About a separate staircase you reach the 80 square meter apartment with a living room with kitchenette, dining area and couch, TV and radio. A bedroom with double bed belongs to the apartment as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The initial bed linen is included. The distance to the beach is about 500 m. The nearby forest invites to walks. A parking space is located at the house, also garaging for your bikes are available on the property. In the cozy outdoor seating area with loungers and barbecue, you can end the evening. A travel cot and a high chair for our younger guests is available.

Usedom, ein Sommertraum
Die kleine Ferienwohnung in Kölpinsee entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Kleine Küchenzeile, eher zum Kochen im Campingstil geeignet aber prima Platz für Vorräte, Bad wunderbar, Wohnzimmer gut für 2 Personen, hervorragend der kleine Balkon, der ca. ab 14:00 h Sonne hat. Haben dort immer gefrühstückt und nachmittags Kaffee getrunken, abends draußen gesessen, herrlich! Schlafzimmer klein, aber wieder viel Platz im Kleiderschrank für die eigenen Sachen. Badestrand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings mit Kind (Zustellbett) würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen, das wird dann doch arg eng.
Usedom war voll, aber in Kölpinsee ist der Strand trotzdem nicht zu voll, besonders, wenn man sich Richtung Koserow orientiert. Als Startort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen von Usedom hervorragend geeignet - wir haben alles per Rad gemacht und können sagen, dass dieser Ort für uns genau die richtige Wahl war.
