Everything was very average, at best. Room smelled musty and even though I booked a pet friendly room, the comforter and top bed sheets were hairy upon arrival. Staff was fine, breakfast was basic. Everything needs a bit of an update at this property.

Given the high ratings of this motel, I expected more. I am moderately disappointed. The bed is on the softer side, furnishings dated. I do like the warm breakfast and vintage bathroom.

The dinning room is small. Heating in the room was very hot upon arrival. Very difficult to control room temperature even when temperature was lowered. Pillow were old and not much support.
