You'll find Evergreen Oasis 3.5 miles from Old Man's Cave. This home features plenty of room both inside and out for your group to enjoy in-between hitting the hiking hotspots in Hocking Hills!

The spacious backyard has a nice firepit for roasting smores in the evenings while recounting the events of the day. The spacious patio you can enjoy while cooking out or enjoying a splash in the new hot tub!

We have 3 rooms with privacy for couples. Our bunk room is spacious with plenty of sleeping accommodations for large groups. You'll also find a TV and seating for enjoying a movie on or bring your gaming station for some fun!

*Max 2 pets crated when left alone and have to be accompanied by adult when in fenced in yard.

Good for a large group
This property is nice for accommodating a large group of people. Its location is close and convenient for visiting Hocking Hills. The property was clean and looked as advertised in the pictures, but if you're picky about aesthetic details pass on this one. The upstairs toilet ran almost constantly and I doubt the hot tub is maintained as it should be, but my family had a nice weekend stay.

In my opinion the problems could have been less important if the truth was told in the advertisement of the property. They claim remote work is possible! Not hardly. The wifi and phones had no service 50% of the time. So big screen tvs were of no use. But that seems to be true in most of the area. There were other issuses also but I'm doing my best to forget them and think only of the positive. Does anyone check out what is on the property and how well it is maintained before you except the house for a listing?

We loved the location of the property - just a few minutes from Old Man's Cave. Property was just right for our family weekend getaway. Hot tub was great . Host left us some delicious treats upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Good price & served its purpose ....
The owner was very accommodating with having our dogs, as well as early and late check in/out. Although the home served its purpose for our family of 13's visit, with people coming from Canada, Tennessee & South Carolina, Future visitors may like to know we had a couple issues. The residence has 2 bathrooms one on lower and one on second level. The lower level toilet had issues with keeping up with our crew, as this residence is on septic system. Both showers do not have much pressure at all, especially the upper. The lower bedroom had some wiring hanging out of the floor. Unsure if it was live or not but we just put a suitcase pushed up to so it wasn't touched. WIFI signal is extremely poor. The front outside could use some work, driveway, walkway, front storm door. We enjoyed having the large firepit to sit around. Kitchen is very simply stocked. No cloths, tea towels, large bowls. Three of our family members seemed to have come home with many bites on them, although can not be pin pointed as to what.
