Not a clean hotel

Snails in my room. hairs in my bed & shower. Never seen one staff member until morning at breakfast. Most of hotel is unoccupied and not staffed any longer. Hotel looks to have been nice maybe 20 years ago. This hotel is run down without updates and remodeling. This was a waste of money on what was advertised as nice. I will never stay here again.

Regular hotel a bit over rated I think, still there is not much choice in Logstor). Reception is not open all day so they left keys on the desk. Rooms and bath are spacious but poorly equipped. Breakfast was ok but expected something better for the price (still it's Denmark, everything is so expensive there!!).

Nice hotel by the sea

Nice hotell with Scandinavian design feature and beautiful garden. Not manned reception in the evening. Nice buffet restaurant at the hotel and about 1,5 km walk to the city center.

Okay sted flinke personale og god service. Men noget skuffet over ingen røræg og bacon. Det er så hvad det er. Men at der så efter rundstykker og kaffe og te ingen basser er eller kager. Selv mindre steder hvor der ikke er røræg og bacon er der basser wienerbrød.

Dyrt men træt og slidt hotel med ulv

Bestilte et dobbeltværelse - 4 overnatninger - med morgenmad og betalte ekstra for adgang til terrasse med 2 stole. Ankomst 3/7 og afrejse 7/7. For dette ophold blev betalt 3.696,40 kr. Ved ankomsten blev vi gjort opmærksom på, at der kun var bestilt til 1 gæst! Dette var en fejl fra vores side, hvilket selvfølgelig gjorde, at der skulle betales for yderligere 1 gæst. Ved ankomsten blev vi opkrævet yderligere 1.851 kr, hvilket betød, at vi ialt skulle betale ialt 5.547kr for 4 overnatninger; hvilket svarer til 1.386 kr pr nat. Hvis jeg i dag skulle booke et tilsvarende værelse for 4 nætter for 2 personer, skulle jeg betale godt 4.300 kr. Det er ganske enkelt ikke rimeligt, at vi blev opkrævet godt 1.200 ekstra i forhold til normal pris for tilsvarende værelse, hvilket jeg gjorde receptionisten opmærksom på dagen efter ankomsten. Iflg hende var der dog ikke mulighed for nedslag i prisen! Hotellet fremstår slidt og mangler i den grad opfriskning. Saunaen havde temperatur omkring “gåsehud” og dampbadet en anelse varmere men uden damp. Poolen havde en god temperatur. Spa virkede fint. Badeværelset var slidt. For et hotel med adgang til poolområde, er det usædvanligt, at der skulle betales for ekstra håndklæder. Håndklæderne var tynde frotté. Der er ikke tilladt at indtage egne mad- og drikkevarer på hotellet. Men tydeligt at forbudden frugt smager bedst! Morgenmadens udvalg var ok men absolut i discount kvalitet. De blødkogte æg var rigtig gode. Vi så en ulv ved hotellet.
