They feature separate entrances and terraces, satellite TV, and a parking space. The small thatched-roof half-house is located on the same property as the brick house and has its own terrace and a share of the garden.

The ground-floor apartment offers 41 square metres of living space and accommodates 4 people. It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed) and a bedroom with a double bed. The spacious built-in kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, range hood, fondue set, coffee maker, cooktop, refrigerator, blender, raclette grill, sandwich toaster, vacuum cleaner, toaster, and an electric kettle. The bathroom features a walk-in glass shower and a toilet. A cot and a high chair are also available. The apartment’s amenities include a CD player, flat-screen TV, cassette player, and telephone. The garden with a terrace features patio furniture and a parking space.
