Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren in dieses Haus. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Leider kommt das Haus jetzt in die Jahre und es sollte dringend etwas gemacht werden. Auch mit der Reinigung des Hauses (Spinnweben, sehr schmutzige Fenster) sind wir nicht so zufrieden. Wenn ich den vollen Preis für die Endreinigung bezahle, sollte auch alles entsprechend sauber sein. Ja, im Winter/bei Wind sind die Fenster nicht sooo sauber, aber der Sand der letzten Wochen sollte auch nicht dran kleben.

Hallo, es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus direkt am Meer. Alle Räume waren sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Lichtschalter sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig da das vorhanden sein nicht gleich bedeutet das da auch eine Lampe geschaltet wird. In den Schlafzimmern haben nur Stehlampen funktioniert (wenn denn die Glühlampe nicht defekt ist) und teilweise die auch nicht. Einige Türen schließen nicht richtig, bei einer zum Vorratsraum ist das Schanier kaputt. Es wäre ebenfalls schön wenn man vor Anreise den Stromzählerstand mitgeteilt bekäme oder den Ort wo sich der Zähler befindet. Sonst wirklich sehr sehr schön und top Lage.

Erst einmal kann man sagen, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht haben.

Erst einmal kann man sagen, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht haben. Der Check-In war einfach und es hat alles funktioniert. In der Küche haben ein paar Untensilien wie Dosenöffner, Schöpfkelle usw. gefehlt. Der Backofen bzw. die Backofentür war mega schmutzig. In den Bädern fehlen die Badvorleger. Man muss auf den kalten Fliesen stehen. Wir haben über ein Jahr im Voraus gebucht und dabei gleich zwei Sätze Bettwäsche bestellt.In keiner der vielen Mails wurde man darüber informiert, dass die Bettwäsche in einem gesonderten Gebäude, ca. 7 km entfernt, vor Anreise abgeholt werden muss. Das haben wir dann erst erfahren, als wir nach 45 Minuten in der Warteschleife hingen und dann endlich jemand ans Telefon ging. Das geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht. Und dass man alles wieder zurück bringen muss wenn man abreist haben wir dann auch erst erfahren, als wir auf den Link geklickt haben, den man betätigen soll wenn man ausgecheckt ist. Das müsste wirklich besser kommuniziert werden. Eine separate Stromrechnung gab es dann auch noch. Wir mussten für 14 Tage eine gute Summe bezahlen.

Kanonfint hus precis på stranden nära Lökken.

Fantastiskt sommarhus precis på stranden. Mycket bra planerat och vi bodde utan problem två barnfamiljer och mormor/morfar. Bra vindskyddad uteplats också som var jätteskön trots att det vissa dagar var lite svalare och fläktade en del. Hade dock önskat extra tydlighet från Novasol angående utlämning av barnsäng mm som skulle ha hämtats av oss vid kontoret vid ankomst vilket gjorde att vi första natten fick klara oss utan. Kan också vara bra med ordentliga öppettider på kontoret under incheckninghelgen så att eventuella problem/frågor kan lösas smidigt. Vi hade dock tur och fick tag på en vaktmästare när vi besökte kontoret trots att det var stängt och han var väldigt hjälpsam - stort plus till honom. Städning av huset var bristfällig när vi kom men inget som påverkade oss nämnvärt. Tips till novasol är att också ha två nycklar till ett så stort hus som rymmer flera familjer - så förenklar det semesterlogistiken. Vi hade en kanonsemester i det här huset !
