Pros: location of property is away from the main party street so generally very quiet, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable and clean, first night was nice and quiet, small safe provided, complimentary breakfast provided is good, no plastic bottles - you fill the glass carafe provided in your room, staff is lovely! Cons: side table was dirty so we asked them to clean it, no bath towels provided initially, bathroom looked clean from afar but the walls and corners need to be scrubbed, no mini fridge, second day there was a family with a young child who was very loud at 6:30am in the morning - it would be a good idea to enforce quiet hours from 9pm-9am. They also provided laundry service (not in-house) at 25K idr per kilo- you can probably find a cheaper place directly if you have a lot of laundry!
