1 Bedroom home with hot tub & private garden

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the silence and tropical parrots in the private garden. Relax in the hot tub weather protected by the custom built pergola with a TV installed or around the fire pit in the private garden. The inside space is sound proof with a mirror by the bed for a romantic couples get away. You will not be disturbed. Equipped with a small kitchen and bathroom ideal for a nice get away pr a focused work space. This home also has lots of cool gadgets.

This home is a 1 bedroom bungalow with a cute kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The space is not massive but perfect for 2. The bedroom doubles up as a lounge and the side of the bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and storage space for your bags and clothes. The TV has Netflix Amazon and Disney plus. The internet is super fast. The lounge comes with a powerful sound system and the internal walls are sound proof when you close all the doors ;). The garden has a hot tube and the pergola has outdoor heaters. The bbq is coal/log & small in size. Next to the bbq in the outdoor storage unit contains all the cushions for the outdoor furnature.

Quiet residential area

Please turn off all outdoor music by 9pm and please do not place anything but toilet paper down the electric toilet. No face wipes or sanitary towels must be placed as it blocks the toilet.
Guest need to ensure they do not place wipes or sanitary towels down the electric toilet. Guest must do the dishes and leave the home as clean as they found it. The cleaning fee covers the sanitation of the home, guest should clear all rubbish created by the stay and ensure no extra work is left for the cleaner. Please use the bin liners under the kitchen to pack all your rubbish and place in the grey bin at the entrance of the house.

Please be considerate to the neighbours when using the garden. Turn all outdoor music of by 9pm. Keep the door closed when playing music inside.

1 hour before 10am check out please open the bottom plug from the jacuzzi and let the water out so the cleaner can ready the jacuzzi for the next guest. If this is not done the next guest check in will be delayed and you will be charged.

Talking must be kept at a low volume whilst outside in the evening after 8pm.

Guest not added onto the booking must vacate the home by 9pm. A £100 fee will be charged per additional guest if this rule is broken. And or your booking may be cancelled with a 0 refund policy (especially if more than 1 noise complain is received).
