Communication with the landlady was very good, as was the connection to London.The cleanliness of the apartment, kitchen wasn't ideal for us. There are improvements to be made, and the bathroom is outdated.
Louisa was a great host. She came and explained everything about the apartment to us. The garden is so lovely. We were gone except in the late evening, so we didn’t get to enjoy the garden, but it surely is worth taking a book out to the garden and relaxing if you have the time. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the city of London on our last trip. This trip, we wanted to be in a more residential area. This apart fits the bill perfectly.

Excellent property. Fit our needs exactly. Felt like coming home after a long day out in the city. Grocery store and a few pubs nearby made it nice to stay home a few days. The private garden was beautiful and gave us that extra space. Just lovely! Lou was friendly and very helpful. Made us feel comfortable at once.

Louise is great. Was flexible for check-in, super sweet and welcoming and responsive to any question I had. The flat is super cute and the yard is the best part.The location is great if you want to be outside of the central city but easily accessible. We could get anywhere from the train station 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk and there are great restaurants we went to close by in Blackheath. Very happy with our stay!

Great location!
I stayed here with my family, there were 4 of us, and this VRBO is a great location for getting to central London in 15 minutes on the train without having to stay in central London. Also some cute restaurants in the town of the VRBO itself, and very close to the supermarket as well. Louisa was a great host, and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Amazing!!
Highly recommend this flat. It was clean and comfortable. The garden space was very well cared for and such a peaceful place to spend time to enjoy. Louisa was kind and helpful the entire stay with any questions or help with navigating London transportation and sightseeing. Fantastic location and pet friendly
Fantastic small 2 bedroom flat in south east London conveniently located for Lee station with regular trains to central London. Massive Sainsbury’s across the road as well as take aways of all types of food and a decent pub (Wetherspoon) all in short walking distance. Free parking, too. All in all it is a great little flat perfect for your London visit.

Weekend stay for the London marathon
The property was easy to find, great communication with the owner, we did not meet her however she left clear instructions regarding access etc and was on hand to answer any questions, responding quickly to emails.
The property was clean, well equipped and well presented great value for money and in a perfect location for Blackheath which was the starting place of the London marathon.
The only issue was the bathroom door sticks so needs some attention.
It is in a great location for sightseeing just a short walk to the train station to access central London and perfect for anyone running The London Marathon.
We would definitely book again if we are ever in London.

I loved exploring the small back garden. She has little surprises all over. Is that a black cat in the back corner? The property as stated is very convenient to the bus routes and rail station. It is an easy walk to the grocery and restaurants. Wish I had booked a longer stay. Two days was not enough to see London.

De locatie is top. Het is gemakkelijk om met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum te gaan. Het huisje zelf valt echter tegen. Ondanks dat we de ventilatie rooster open hebben gezet waren elke ochtend de ramen aan de binnenkant beslagen wat duid op slechte ventilatie. Ook de schimmel op de raamrubbers duid hierop. Het huis was ook niet goed schoongemaakt. De badkamer lag vol met haren. Het huisje heeft een prepaid kaart voor de gas meter. De host heeft deze net genoeg opgewaardeerd voor ons verblijf. Hierbij gaat ze ervanuit dat je elke dag op pad bent. Wij zijn 2 dagen niet weggeweest en het werd ook kouder buiten. De dag voor kerst viel dus de ketel uit. De host heeft dit niet voor ons opgelost maar alleen verteld dat ik op een rode knop moest drukken om het nood krediet te activeren. Dit bleek niet zo simpel te zijn. Met behulp van Google is dit gelukkig goed gekomen. De douche is ook erg vervelend. Het is een elektrische douche met een eigen wil. De douche schakelt steeds over op koud water, je moet dan op een knop drukken om hem weer warm te krijgen. Al deze zaken hebben onze reis niet onbezorgd gemaakt, wat je wel graag wilt op een vakantie.

Zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Umgebung
Wer Multimedia liebt, ist hier genau richtig. 3 Zimmer und 4 Fernseher. Modern eingerichtete Küche. Gastfreundlich, Kaffee, Tee stehen zur Verfügung. Toller Garten.
Das WC ist eine Herausforderung, die Spülung funktioniert fast nie, letztendlich haben wir den Putzeimer zum Nachspülen benutzt. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, in der Küche hat es fast überall geklebt. Auflagen für Gartenmöbel waren verdreckt.

Gute Wahl als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die City. 2 Doppelbetten.
Ruhige Lage, man kann vor der Wohnung an der Straße parken und das Auto dort auch problemlos stehen lassen. Die Bahnstation ist in nur 5 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist in 20-25 Minuten in der City. Supermarkt und kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Vermieterin Louisa war immer über Fewo erreichbar, hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. 5 Sterne für sie.
Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und sauber, alles etwas beengt. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch.
Leider gibt es keinen Tisch im Wohnzimmer das Sofa ist für vier Leute etwas eng. Auch der Esstisch ist klein und es gab nur drei Stühle. In jedem Zimmer Fernseher, WLAN und Alexa, dafür ein veraltetes Bad.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen für Paare oder Familien mit älteren Kindern, max 4 Personen.

15 mins from london bridge, or 25 mins from charing cross (heart of london). it is this criterion which was the most important for us in order to make the most of london.
