Didn't provide a cot for our baby that we had requested. Tried calling when we arrived multiple times, no answer. Managed to email but they couldn't help us with a cot until next day and said that no one reads the section of the booking where we had requested a cot. Refused to refund the charge for additional person even though they didn't provide ANYTHING for the 'additional person' - no bed, towel or bed linen. Nowhere for our baby to sleep, had to purchase a cot ourselves. Wotif tried to ask for a refund but they refused because they had offered us a cot the next day which we said we didn't need because we had to purchase one anyway. Place wasn't very clean. Great location however and I guess you get what you pay for as it was reasonably priced.

Great location for a short stay

We stayed one night to attend an event close by, so the location was great. We had a basement studio which was super small but comfortable & clean. The price was good for London.

Noisy, Dirty apartment

Pros: Close to transport
We stayed here for 4 nights. The floors were so dirty and disgusting. The toilet had been used and not cleaned (Skid marks all through the toilet bowl). It was a good location and easy to get to from the train station. There was a party on one of the above floors and we heard people stomping up and down the stairs from 1130PM until 130AM at least! i could not get hold of anyone to complain about this problem. The police finally turned up to get the young kids having the party to leave

Amateurish

Pros: Good location, reasonably appointed rooms.
Cons: See above, maintenance, management and cleanliness needs to be improved significantly.
Location: Short walk to Paddington station so very central location.
Arrived with instructions to get into room but no key in the designated safe box. Had to call emergency number and after about an hour someone finally turned up with the key. Got in room and while it was cleaned, the toilet was used and not flushed. Missed an important meeting due to all this. The hotel is well located and with reasonable facilities although some cupboard doors were hanging off and the fridge heated my food to above ambient temperature and I had to throw most of it away. The room was very noisy and cleaners/maintenance outside was loud. The shutters/windows did not close properly thus making noise even worse. Internet was an in-room modem that gave a very intermittent signal. This could be a reasonable apartment hotel but management and staff have a long way to go. Don't risk it!

Suited our overnight stay for two adults and a teenager who used the fold out bed.
