Our stay was delightful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We requested en-suite, some rooms share a bathroom. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. We were able to walk to so many places, including Buckingham Palace and the British Museum. There are shops and restaurants within easy distance. We had a ground floor king deluxe room. If you have suitcases remember there is no lift so request ground floor. We would definitely stay again. We have already recommended it to friends.
