Went away for one night went out had dinner late night back to hotel and having two kids at home to be woken up by a fire alarm at 7am and not having to be out the room till 12 ruined the experience and made the amount spent not worth it no explanation on why or what happened just woken up at 7am to a banging fire alarm

The hotel is beautiful. Suit was 3 connecting rooms, the middle room having a lounge which worked OK. Most staff where great but check in staff didn’t appear to know what they were doing and lacked social skills. Bags didn’t come to room and we had to chase them.

The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful. Even the staff on the door as we waited for our car, I would always comeback again and again. Thank you all again so much!
