Great location super comfy

I travel for business too frequently and stayed in more hotels than on hotels.com but this hotel had one of the comfyiest beds , great room temperature and everything I want and need in a hotel when travelling for business. Slighly requires some attention is I was being picky with small repairs needed but overall excellent

Lovely staff and hotel is good. Room was on the top floor of the Townhouse and there was a constant noise which I could not work out where it was coming from or stop it.

The hotel had overbooked. I ended up in a room with a very noisy broken ventilation system. Moved to another room - also noisy but quieter than first. Very dark and felt worried as a solo female traveller that I had been moved to a different building.

Gorgeous hotel but shame about a pretty basic breakfast especially considering it was £20. Pastries were dry and cold. No options for eggs. Pretty limited options of everything.

Had a pretty decent stay, however room was freezing cold and heating wouldn’t work, reception did help by giving us an oil Heater however it didn’t make much impact. Staff are friendly but didn’t ask how the stay was when checking out or ask for any feedback. Concierge are very professional and polite
