This hotel is in a very convenient location and the garden setting is very nice. The staff very helpful. The rooms are small and clean but lack basic amenities. No aircon, No fridge, no iron, no bathrobe, no face washer. Overpriced for not having the basics. Very hot week in London so the room was very hot and the small fan provided wasn’t very effective.

Very convenient and close to St Pancras station and Holborn Underground. Very comfortable and spacious room overlooking the garden at the rear. An excellent breakfast buffet with espresso coffee available. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Free luggage storage after checkout.

I loved the location, staff at reception were excellent, enjoyed my garden view. Some restaurant staff were better than others and i didn't end up getting any gluten free bread despite several requests. Good value for money.
