Amazing Hospitality & Service 🙌

I booked this Hotel last minute and arrived after 9pm. I was met by the lovely owner Litsa who made me a beautiful cup of tea while I checked in. The room was very comfortable with an ensuite. Check out at 11am which was perfect. I would highly recommend Beverley City Hotel, in the heart of Paddington very close to the station.

Hotel is perfectly placed close to Paddington Rail Station. Really nice neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were very welcoming, especially Haidar.

Not what it’s billed as…

Clean, but I booked a room for four adults with a double bed and two single beds. We were placed in the basement, no windows, a radiator on (no ability to turn off), and the single bed were a bunk bed. Inappropriate, I’m afraid.

If you like walking.stay here or very close to Paddington Station with trains and under ground. If I go back,I would stay here..If you just need a place to sleep in a good location,this is it.

Room was adequate for our needs, beds were comfy and clean. Shower room slightly outdated but worked fine. The description does say no lift but doesnt give an idea of how steep the stairs are especially to the 3rd floor!

Check you have a room!

Unfortunately we arrived after a long journey to no room! The hotel had been over booked and we found ourselves being moved to a neighbouring hotel, although got moved back as they didn’t know of the booking! We then had to stay the night at our original hotel in a room with a double bed and bunk beds…apparently this was an upgrade. The next day we then had to move again to a hotel further up the road. We were grateful we weren’t just abandoned without a bed for the night but it shouldn’t have happened. I’ve tried to get compensation but been refused because they say we had an upgrade…my son is 6ft and struggled with the bunk bed…also having to move luggage once again in the middle of the day to an entirely different hotel is hardly an upgrade. The staff trying to help us were friendly enough, it’s just a shame their booking system let them down and the manager believes we had an upgrade rather than a right to some money back

Run-down, no fan offered even though on 4 th floor and hot, one outlet in room, tired bedding and towels, no phone or tea/ coffee making supplies, no luggage rack or chair.

Not Sure How This Hotel Gets 7.3?

1. Recption staff very friendly, and helpfull. 2. Room was crammed with one small double, and a single bed, with no room between them to walk. 3. Nowhere for clothes except your case. 4. Curtains too small for window. 5. Curtain rails need a regular polish so you can actually pull them. 6. Pillows tiny, asked for extra one, said yes, never appeared! 7. Shower door hanging off. 8. Shower very grubby. 9. Hotel plumbing can't cope with more than one shower at a time, runs hot and cold. 10. Rooms not cleaned properly, old tissues on window cill behind headboard. 11. How quickly we have all forgotten about COVID? 12. £85 pp/pn Outside of London I would not pay more than £20 for a room in a hotel like this, and that would include breakfast. 13. Goodness knows what foregin visitors must think of standards in the UK.
