Cons: DO NOT STAY HERE! The smallest, loudest and most expensive shoebox I have ever experienced.

Pros: Secure, friendly staff, Close to East End, ample transport available
Cons: Breakfast room very cramped and breakfast finished serving by 08:30am

Pros: Leaving
Cons: Their website claim that it is a moment's walk from Ilford station is a lie. It is about 15 - 20 minutes along a seedy run-down street.
Location: Too remote
Facilities: Shabby, Bare minimum; Value: Rip-off; Service: Helpful; Cleanliness: Poor; Poor value considering the awful location and basic facilities. Not recommended.
