Perfect location opposite tube - welcoming and helpful reception who assisted with my request for a quiet room. Lovely bedroom bathroom and great towels. Stairs carpets ready for replacement but room was perfect ! Would use again

Great Location for the Royal Albert Hall , Tube very close . Some areas were a bit tired looking but having work done so that was understandable . Room was Clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay . Bed was very comfortable far better than the Premier Inn i stayed at Last Year . Staff were Friendly and Helpfull and i would use again for its Location .

If I go to London, I stay at the Brompton. The staff are excellent. It *is* a no frills hotel... but the price is great. The location is great. No lift ("elevator") No public reception rooms. But nice rooms, clean sheets, good plumbing., great location

The staff here were excellent, very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, also seemed well soundproof as we had a very quiet night despite room overlooking the road. Lovely to have patio doors in our rooms. We had booked two rooms and they were happy to try to offer us rooms beside each other, which in this case they were able to. Very happy customers who will definitely return if looking for accommodation in the area. It's a great location very close to museums, tube station, cafes and food shops!
