The property was overpriced for the size of the tiny rooms that had no air-conditioning and the window only opened about 2 inches. Provided with 1 tiny fan. Most nights were hot and stuffy and couldn’t sleep. Bed was old and incredibly uncomfortable. The carpet was old and dirty. Could t swing a cat in the room. Lobby had a strong air freshener that was overbearing. Lift to level 7 was broken and set to ground level so had to push the button up to a higher level and get out and wait for another lift to come down to ground floor. Our room was next to the lift and had to listen to the lifts going up and down all night. Neighbourhood was nice, close to the tube and Hyde Park.

Great place to stay. Close to 2 underground stations and buses almost at the door. Opposite Hyde Park and all it has to offer. Enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Clean room comfortable beds the only problem was the temperature of the room- it was SO HOT 24 hours a day, having no Airconditioning. Fans were provided but did little to cool things down. Stay in winter would be fine
