The property was closed and as soon we opened the door some unusual smell. instal some air freshener is much appreciated

Double booked and never received full refund.

Stay was double booked. When we arrived, there were already people there and those people had already made a mess of the place. Owner offered to kick those people out, but we didn’t feel like staying in a dirty place so we left. Owner said that she would give me a full refund, but VRBO fought me me on it and I have received less than half of my money back for a place I didn’t even get to stay in. I messaged the owner and vrbo repeatedly most recently a week ago and no response. Be very cautious staying here. If an accident like happens, you most likely won’t get your money back.
