This was my second time staying at the hotel. The decor was updated which is good as it was needed. However the ventilation system was not working well so a standup fan was brought to our room after we asked twice for a serviceman to fix the AC. There is not much space to hang clothes when you are 3 in the bedroom - no closet in the bedroom Kitchenette was well designed and supplied with dishes, platters, pots and pans and utensils.

We booked with Citadines extremely late! However they were very accommodating and all the staff was lovely! The room was wonderful as well, spacious, clean and I liked the style of it- very mid-century modern! We were about to have the free breakfast the next day and it was awesome, all the food was fresh and the dining area was clean as well! Definitely recommend coming here if you are staying in London, it’s near a tube station and there are places that are walkable!

First off the location is amazing, right next to the Holborn metro station, one street away from the John Soane’s museum and a short walk from the British museum. The place is clean and the room were perfect for a family of 4 (kids are 13 & 15). Now the not so good: First few days we were freezing in the room and the heating controls in the room were useless so they ended up sending us a plugged heather in the room. A day later we ran out of hot water. They told us to let the water flow for 30 min as if that would help (which it didn’t of course) then after 24 hours with no hot water i got them to switch us to another room.

The hotel is very good, clean,spacious room and perfect location ....It is recommended however they dont have the "cleaning room" service unless you book one and pay extra for it which I find weird specially that this was not clear while booking the room on hotels.com. Other than this hiccup the hotel is really very good.
