Hotel management was rude and I accommodating. They were going through construction and had to close off the lobby but ignored guests (managers ) and acted like we were the problem. They couldn’t find my room or breakfast so made me pay again and then charged for coffee when they ran out. The staff seemed willing to give good service but managers were horrible. Paid way too much to be treated that poorly

Our 1st stay but not our last

This was our 1st time in London and our 1st stay at CitizenM...and we were NOT disappointed! From the moment we walked in the doors, we loved the colors and ambiance of the style and decor and music! We were greeted immediately and taken care of with such friendly staff. The bar staff was extremely nice and friendly as we enjoyed getting our café every day. The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us but we were also given a handicap room (which we don't have an handicap) so not sure if that makes the room bigger or same size as the king room we reserved. The ipad to control EVERYTHING from lights to shades to tv to setting the alarm...was so cool and convenient! The location is by Victoria Station so it was easy access to travel the tube or walk to main attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, very modern, limited storage in the room but room was comfortable, great bed. The location is next to Victoria Train station so little uncomfortable area after dark, but lots of people around, just have to be careful, that said getting around was perfect being next to the Underground and access to Gatwick airport is excellent using the Gatwick Express, 5 minutes from hotel and only 30 minutes on the train. Also breakfast was excellent.
