The Suites at St Pancras is NOT a four-star hotel. That said, it is clean, conveniently located, has a nice complimentary minibar and a very kind and helpful staff. I should note that from my suite (suite #1 in the basement) I could hear subway trains going by. It wasn’t enough to keep me awake, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Just manage your expectations appropriately about the level of luxury given it is described as a four-star hotel.

It’s a good overall stay at The Suite: St. Pancras Hotel Group for a family of 4. Everything was in working condition. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here 👍

Actually exceeded expectations. This hotel, strangely, outperformed its images and star rating. I was pleasantly surprised, and most noteably, never have I been before. Excellent placement, amentities, and a real air conditioner that actually works.

Staff was very nice- they offered to keep our luggage stored for us when we took a short trip to Edinburgh for free which was greatly appreciated. Room was perfect sized for a larger family and conveniently located by the train station. Despite being close to the station it really wasn’t too loud at night either. There was also a lot of great dining options in walking distance. Would stay again in a heart beat!

This hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from the St. Kings Cross train and subway station, and 10 minutes away from the St. Pancras and Euston train stations - very convenient. Although the hotel is nothing fancy, it has evidently been renovated recently, so everything is neat, clean and functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. One nice touch is a "help yourself" coffee/capuccino/latte/hot chocolate machine in a small seating area down in the basement - don't miss it. There are some complimentary goodies in the room, like bottled water, pop drinks and some sweets.

I chose this place because it was well-reviewed, affordable, and close to St. Pancras. It was exactly what I needed, only a five-minute walk to/from the station, with all the amenities I needed, including A/C (which worked great), outlets for devices both at a small desk and next to the bed, and an iron and ironing board. I had the room right off the lobby, but after closing the door between the entry hallway and the bedroom, I heard none of the lobby noise. The room was small, but a bit more spacious than I'd expected, with an actual closet where you could hang clothes. There was even a little kitchen area with a microwave, although I didn't use it. I liked that they provided water bottles and some snacks in the mini-fridge and that it was all complimentary! (I only took the water.) The bathroom only had outlets for shavers, so I had to use my hair dryer in the bedroom, which worked out fine because there was a mirror next to the electrical outlet. Other than St. Pancras being nearby, Soho was about a 20-minute walk away and other streets with restaurants and shops were also a few minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again (and in fact I've already booked it for a week from now).

Excellent location for easy access to King’s Cross station and the underground. Clean room & great facilities in our suite. Just a bit of a tight squeeze for 5 adults, but saying that we would happily return to this accommodation.
