We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad St James. We had adjoining rooms which were provided plenty of space for our family (kids aged 12 and 15). The service was exceptional - consistently above and beyond. The rooms are well appointed with everything we needed. The location is a hidden gem - away from the hustle and bustle (and tackiness) of Soho and surrounds, but still central (some key attractions are very close) with a tube station directly over the road, a Pret next door for breakfast and a couple of decent pubs within throwing distance of the hotel. As some other reviews say the mobile signal is relatively weak, but it was sufficient for making calls and the hotel has free fast wifi for data. Like most hotels in London it is not cheap, but in our view offers exceptional value for money and is now our go-to hotel in London.

Conrad St James is a smart hotel with great staff but the phone system is undergoing maintenance and I couldn't contact reception or room service. The only down side.

Louisa Conceriege Manager and George Breakfast Manager went beyond the call of duty and displayed a standard I've really never seen before in all my years of travel. These two should be Knighted Bar none. I salute you both for making our stay a Royal experience. I salute you.

Fantastic staff , front desk and concierge were wonderful. great breakfast included (not just rolls etc) and FANTASTIC LOCATION. St. James station right across the street.. you can go anywhere .. walk to 3 great pubs.. excellent shopping.. we will return.
