We love this hotel, it’s super easy to get anywhere, the rooms are comfy, the bar is lovely, and the restaurant is a very good standard. They had an event in Soul Mama downstairs and we managed to get in towards the end. The staff were lovely, attentive and came with their own recommendations. We are going back in April for our Anniversary and booking Soul Mama with the family for a different event. I have recommended this hotel too many times.

Staff were very nice and polite. Room upgraded and found to be very pleasant and clean. Noted no clock or pen/paper in the room. No water in the fridge. The bed and bedding was a dream!! 18th floor bar/restaurant very elegant with really nice bar staff. Overall a lovely stay

Amazing stay. Fabulous front of house staff, helped check me in early. We even stayed an extra night and they accommodate us no issues. Staff had great conversations with my partner and i on check in, delivering room service and in the bars. Every one was so kind with my broken leg and couldnt do enough to make the stay safe and comfortable. We stayed in a suite and the views were awesome as was the option to play music and watch the world go by.
