Chosen for its great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to get to alexandra palace. The hotel is brilliant, loved the architecture of the building and the rooms are so well designed and appointed to such a high standard. Staff were all friendly and helpful and we would stay again.

Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was well and truly welcomed during our stay due to the heatwave. Looking forward to seeing it at its full potential when all the plans are complete for the bar and restaurant. We only needed the room and the amenities in the room were spot on.

Staff were welcoming and professional. The accommodation was top quality and a perfect place to base yourself for a stay in this part of London. We booked it for its close proximity to Ally Pally, which was within a 30 minute walk. Would definitely come back

Right away staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and even escorted us to our room. We had the courtyard room and it was more spacious that we expected although maybe not best for 3 people. Location was perfect with lots of shops and an easy trip to Tottenham stadium for us. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return in the future

It’s a beautiful building that has been restored back to life, in a lovely location. Perfect for our visit to Alexandra Palace. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and spacious. There are cooking facilities in the room in addition to the usual amenities such as tea and coffee making area, a hairdryer and bathrobes etc. The bathroom if large and modern with a small array of complimentary toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely revisit if in the area again.

Excellent - clean rooms with staff who were attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs as visitors at the hotel e.g they remembered we were visiting for a gig and asked how it was on our return. The personal touch made a difference. We would recommend and visit again. Small thing- Signage to the hotel would possibly make it easier to locate as even Uber drivers weren’t sure of this.

We had a fantastic stay at Dao by Dorsett North London and would highly recommend it. A little difficult to locate at first because it is actually inside the Hornsey town Hall! However, the service was excellent from start to finish – all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed, including a hob, dishwasher, fridge, and other kitchen essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable with fresh, clean bedding, and the bathroom was decent sized, immaculate, and stocked with lovely Elemis toiletries. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A wonderful place to stay in North London! Thank you.

Not the best experience. Cool, art deco building and room, but… No signage for the hotel at all. It’s within the town hall. Bad directions for parking. I had 2 horrible bites, which may be nothing to do with the hotel, of course. It seems like the hotel is an afterthought, when the town hall is not fully in use. Felt like a room in an office block.

Large room with separate living room / kitchenette area. All clean. All staff we saw were very friendly and any questions / needs where sorted straight away. Location great with lots of cafes close. Went to Cubes for breakfast which was delicious. Bus stops outside hotel, which we used for Finsbury park station (9mins) and Alexander palace bus just around the corner. Will def stay here again when going to Alexander palace for concerts.
