Set in the heart of De Beauvoir, one of East London’s most charming neighbourhoods, this spacious and stylish family home comfortably accommodates up to 7 adults and 1 child. Enjoy the quiet, leafy surroundings while being just 20 minutes from the creative energy of Shoreditch, the City, and King’s Cross St Pancras for Eurostar connections. The Regent’s Canal and Upper Street are close by, offering plenty of cafés, boutiques, and riverside walks to explore.

Enter on the raised ground floor to find a generous double reception room with comfortable seating, a TV, desk area, and French doors that open onto a roof terrace (note: unfenced and not suitable for guests). Down the hall is a cosy small double bedroom, ideal for one adult or two children.

The lower ground floor features a welcoming second living area with a log burner, corner sofa, coffee table, and TV, as well as a cheerful yellow shower room. Step down into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight and patio doors opening to a large, walled garden with outdoor seating - perfect for relaxing al fresco.

The first floor includes two double bedrooms, both beautifully furnished, along with a family bathroom (shower over bath, loo and sink) and a separate laundry area with washer and dryer.

The top floor is dedicated to a tranquil master suite beneath the eaves, featuring a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks.
