The staff were fine and very professional. However once I arrived to the room, the room was cold, and the heating wasn’t working properly even at maximum setting. Plus the water was not hot at all, it was luke warm at maximum temperature. Overall it was a fine but not to the level I was expecting especially the basics of the room amenities like heating and hot water.
