Cheap and nasty hotel

Pros: Easy to find, close to tube and supermarkets/shops.
Cons: Clear the drains/pipes, improve the walls insulation, have a decent Wi-Fi, provide tea and coffee, there is a lot to improve
Location: Close to tube and supermarkets only
Very small room, hardly any space for my suitcase. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom/drains. There was no air con, only heating. It was possible to hear other guests talking, and even using the toilet. The Wi-Fi connection kept dropping out, and sometimes it would not work at all. There was no breakfast either, and no tea or coffee provided.

Great location terrible facilities

From the almost threadbare carpets and the exposed nails sticking up to the curtains that blocked almost none of the light coming through the windows, the features of this hotel really don't show on the photos that look great. Work on the staircase made it both filthy dirty and incredibly unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: The Location was very Good, Earls Court is a great spot
Cons: Vurtually no room service, I was there for 8 nights, they never changed the sheets or towels. Very Deceptive advertising, Tiny spaces. No free WiFi.
The Standard of Hotels in London is very low, and the prices very high. despite my complaints, it was the best value compared to every thing else.

Cons: The place on the website looked good but when you got there it was really disappointing. False advertising

Facilities: Shabby, Run-down, Horrible; Value: Rip-off; Service: Amateur, Below average; Cleanliness: Smelly, Grubby; The fire alarm went off 2 early mornings in a row. No concern from person on the reception. Not sure if safe either? Really feel should get money back
