Just ok.
Lovely hotel with good and disappointing aspects. Staff were really friendly and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately room was way too hot and we couldn’t cool it down. Bathroom door didn’t shut and the shower was really awkward to use. The tech they have invested in is annoying and a little over the top. The room also smelt as if someone had been smoking. The room is on floor -1 and there is a little courtyard outside so maybe people are smoking out there and bringing the smell inside. Breakfast was ok although nothing is kept chilled. For a hotel with such a high rating I would have expected something really special.

Lovely Stay in a Fabulous Boutique Hotel
An amazing stay in a lovely boutique hotel in a very smart and quiet part of London. We received a very warm greeting on arrival and our request for a slightly earlier check-in was accommodated without question. Our only (minor) constructive criticism was that the downstairs space was on the warm side, making it uncomfortable to spend any time there.

Fantastic hotel!
Absolutely superb stay! From the friendly staff who really made a difference and couldn’t do enough to fabulous ultra modern and quiet room. Brilliant central location not only for the station but to walk to the main areas in London. The food was excellent too. We will definitely go back.

Gorgeous small hotel Pimlico
Gorgeous boutique hotel in quiet square in Pimlico. Beautiful interiors. Good shower, l’occitane priducts, very clean.
