Good hotel near to south Harrow train station. Walking distance from markets and shopping. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Only drawback is the constant surens because the hotel right next to the Police station. Somehow you filter out that distraction

Was disturbed during midnight due to floor above my room were moving eg furniture around. I did report this the following day. They were good and took it on board. Hope when i book my next stay in 5 weeks that i get the highest floor which is the 5th.

Great hotel at a good price

We stayed for 4 nights at this budget hotel. It's in South Harrow and only a 10 minutewalk to the nearest tube station which is South Harrow. The hotel is excellent value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and check in was easy. Our room was basic but perfect for our needs and spotlessly clean on arrival. For a budget hotel it was well equipped. TV, minifridge, hairdryer, slippers, kettle with tea and instant coffee.The bed was very comfortable. This room has shower only and water pressure is decent. If you have a room with no A/c fans are supplied. Rooms are cleaned and made up every 2 days if you are staying for more than one night. Breakfast served 7am to 9am which is of Continental type and you just help yourselves to whatever you want. There are several restaurant within walking distance as well as Public Houses that serve food. If you want budget accommodation in London I think this is a more than decent choice.

An overnight stay in Harrow

We were attending a family wedding in a part of London we were not familiar with. Instructions to get there and importantly, parking, were first rate-on a first come basis as spaces were limited.. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and internet access good. We had breakfast, with a varied hot and cold food, which satisfied our needs. Coffee was excelent

No frills comfort and kindly helpful desk staff.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Decor a little shabby. Staff on the desk very helpful, more authentically kind than having super-slick manners. Felt they were looking out for my elderly mum and me which was nice.

It did exactly as we needed it to do, 2 rooms 6 guests, good price. Was it spotless, no BUT it was clean enough, beds comfy, staff friendly. Air conditioning on a hot day was fantastic. Would absolutely stay again.

Dirty and had to pay for more days than stayed

Hotel was dirty. Nearly every wall in the hotel was soiled. The floor, baseboards, curtains - filthy. The sheets were stained. I requested new sheets and they showed up with a bundled fitted sheet that looked like it was just ripped from another bed. The shower potentially had mold; black marks in every corner. Even the fridge door and elevators were dirty. The tv remote had chocolate (at least I hope it was chocolate) all over it. The employees were nice and offered to clean the room, but the entire hotel needs a deep clean. I did not feel comfortable staying at this particular hotel. We prepaid and when we left a day early - no refund! Gross hotel. Bad policies. Will never be back!

The place was affordable and was quite close to the train station, which was very convenient. Staff were nice and it was very easy to check-in and check-out. Beds were very good, especially after a long day of walking in the city!
