Ongoing construction in the building interrupted our sleep in the mornings. The first room had an unsatisfactory bathroom with a shower that was in poor condition. We had to wait f 5 nights before we could be given a different room. The Staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

Super friendly and accommodating staff! Without hesitation they gave us late checkout at 1:00pm, made me a tea even though breakfast was over, and the best surprise of all was at the bar if you order a drink, they offer you complimentary bags of chips! You would never find that type of offer where I’m from in Toronto. We will definitely recommend this hotel!

Ran out of hot water for a shower??? Wasn’t notified that the hotel was going to be under renovation and noisy during our stay. Paid for 5 nights so when I arrived on day 2 at 6am, I could check in immediately and not wait until a 3:00 pm check in time. That was fine but when I asked to have a later checkout time than the customary noon on my final day, I was told to call back early morning, on checkout day and ask a day manager??? If I have to wake up to call and ask for a late checkout time, it kinda negates being able to sleep in and need a later check out time. Problem solved, no later checkout necessary after all…..😡

Rooms were clean and new, very well done. Loved having both a fridge and microwave while travelling with a youth athlete. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet was affordable with a wide selection. Staff were lovely.
