Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant. We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good. One of the best hotels I have stayed in London. My friend and I had a massage in the Spa which was the best massage we have both ever had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again
