The location is fantastic right in the centre of London and just steps from Picadilly Circus tube station, Regent Street and Caranby Street shopping, restaurants, and theatre venues. The apartment itself was clean, internet worked fairly well most of the time. We stayed for 8 days and it is probably a little small for longer stays. Things like having to crawl over your husband to get in and out of the bed (as it is pushed against the wall) become tiresome when you are there for several nights and you are disturbing the other person. The negatives were: * The communal laundry is absolutely filthy with ALOT of mould in both washing machine detergent dispensers. The washing machines also did not spin the clothes well enough which meant they were dripping with water when we went to put them in the dryer. Just generally pretty gross. *There is a Korean restaurant adjacent that appears to use the same stairwell to their kitchen in the basement. There was an awful fishy smell in the entry hallway fairly constantly for the 8 days of our stay. That didnt extend into the actual apartment area but it wasn't very pleasant when you entering. Also, the Korean restaurant people were extremely rude to us on two occasions. It seems they are totally sick of the people in the apartments asking them anything. I couldn't find the laundry so walked down the stairs to the basement thinking it must have been there. The Korean restaurant cook yelled at me "Does this look like a laundry?"

Fantastic location. Poor communication.

Great location. Close to bars, theatre and restaurant. Tiny room. No aircon. tried to ring office several times to no avail. Was a waiting game for emails just to access property. So stressful when booking is getting close and your stay is non refundable. Met couple in lobby trying to check in with no phone access. No front desk. No codes no entry.

Good location, disappointing overall

Pros: The location.
The apartment was in a great location however upon arrival the safe was broken and I found it difficult to get my key out. The website promised fast wifi and a coin laundry on site, both of those things didn't exist. The wifi was slow, unreliable and dropped out a lot. When I arrived I emailed management to ask where the laundry was in the building (as it said there was one accessible on the website) so that I could use it during my two week stay however they said that there wasn't one. It was unclear what days the cleaners were coming to the apartment and therefore I couldn't prepare for their arrival. The location was great and the apartment comfortable but for the amount of money I paid, I could have accessed a hotel or another accommodation with all of the amenities that were promised.

Very poor communication from staff regarding key information like check in & check out. Property is advertised to have on site laundry facilities (they are referring to a laundry mat down the street).

Location, Location, Location

While the apartment was micro sized, it was clean, modern, comfortable and conveniently located to the most vibrant part of London
