Couldnt check in early, had requested this and called the day before stay & the morning of the stay. Family room, unable to pass the end of the fold out bed once it was out, it was terribly uncomfortable, main bed was good. Room didnt smell too nice id suggest the aircon unit long overdue service/cleaning filters etc. Bathroom smelt damp and musty Resulting inthe window being left open alll night and contending with the street noise instead. Breakfast surpassed expectations and was ok.

Only 3 minutes walk from the tube (7 with traffic lights). This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are a fine size and everything is clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast that would probably be around £18 at any other hotel in the area

The property was in ideal location for what we needed, most staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room could have done with a hoover, crumbs all sround the bed! Bed not made properly, all sheets were untucked.

Good hotel

Very good stay, excellent location for the O2 and very close to Canning Town tube station. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Lovely, clean but basic hotel with good links to central or Easy London. Breakfast a bit basic but generally good choice of cooked English and continental options. Secure on site parking for £20 per night. Little Sainsburys Local opposite which was handy too. Overall a good little stay and would book again if visiting the O2 or vicinity

room clean comes late

It is as expected for this price. One issue was that room cleaning comes after 5pm when I am back. The room was empty for the whole day and I expect that to be done when I am not around. I even hung the 'please clean' tag on the door but that did not make any difference.

Attending concert at the 02. Just one stop away on underground and five minute walk to underground from/to hotel. Good location, with express supermarket across road. Would stay again

Okay if you need a cheap one night stay

When we walked into the hotel room we first noticed a large muddy patch, the rest of the carpet were no better. In the bathroom about 50% of the floor tiles were cracked, the silicone was yellow or orange with only a few areas being white and on the ceiling in the bathroom I noticed black mould. Breakfast in the morning was an average English breakfast so there's not much to say there.

Light over mirror turned its self on and off throughout the night, the toilet flushed constantly, the usb plugs and light on one side of the bed didn’t work. Nor did the light above the bed. People were using the lift so we climbed 3 flights of stairs but or keycard wouldn’t let us through the stairwell door at the top. Spoke to receptionist and they said the keycards don’t usually work in the stairwells. Comfortable bed, and once asleep we did sleep well, until the people above decided to have a very loud shower at 2.30am
