Great hotel - rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast and evening meal were good. Staff were mixed - some were very friendly and others appeared a bit rude - the waiter tutted at us 2 minutes after sitting down because we hadn't made up our mind over food. Reception staff when checking in were great. Area is a little rough.

Staffs are excellently friendly and professional. Especially the lady in breakfast reception is very friendly and her greetings every morning made me smile. The property was clean inside, but the outside was awful. Litter all around the hotel and blowing over the outside front doors. This put us off straight away as they couldn't even be bothered to litter pick the outside of the Hotel. A number of the international guests noted on the litter outside. The local district is like a third world country.
