The bed was the highest and hardest mattress we have ever had in all our years travelling it was like lying on a hard floor. The quilt was hard and so were the pillows we will never stay here again So very disappointing for the price we paid for this hotel.

Booked our stay through Expedia and somehow Expedia did not send the payment to the hotel before we arrived. Took a few hours for the hotel to get it straight. The location in Leicester Square is great. the room was very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant/bar has excellent views and tasty food. Surprisingly quite room to be in a busy square.

Room felt dirty and grimey. Not as nice as photos. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so we were not able to use for a drink. For the amount we paid it was not worth it. We were able to go to the rooftop for breakfast which was good. Staff not super helpful when we asked questions.

Location was excellent as were the staff, but we were allocated the tiniest room on the floor. Why do hotels offer these rooms without making it clear at booking that the size is considerably smaller than others. It just invites a mediocre review.
