When we turned up there was a group of people wearing balaclavas outside - they looked like they had come on holiday over the water!! It was so intimidating. The room was tiny - not an issue but it felt and looked dirty. The bathroom smelt of drains and my daughter refused to use it. The experience was so bad we went to the Premier inn next door and paid again. My family did not feel safe and that’s what you want when you are away. The hotel next door advised they get many people booking due to the bad conditions and unsafe feeling from the Ibis…..

Greeted quickly at check in, budget hotel so absolutely no frills including a kettle or water in room but a well stocked tuck shop style area and I was only sleeping there. Handy for train station and overall a very pleasant stay

The price was very good for London. The room was clean, toilet was well equipped, but it is all basic and minimal space in the room. You get what you pay for. It is great for a night, I would take a larger room if I needed to stay for a couple of days.
