The staff and service are amazing. Even though the Inn was full it felt very quiet. The courtesy breakfast can’t be beat. Try the scones! We love, checking in and booking reservations at their five-star restaurant. Definitely worth the stay and had a great price.

We have been so pleased with everything about our stay at Idlewyld. This is a classy historic property which pays attention to modern conveniences. This vintage facility has been around since the 1800s. We truly enjoyed a relaxing stay there to revel in a piece of Canadian history. Complementary breakfast on the outdoor front veranda was a delight. Some of the building is tastefully set with antiques and the rooms are upgraded with newer decor. Would stay again especially due to the friendly helpful staff.
