Not worth for the very basic level of hospitality. Explicitly asked for a quiet room on a higher floor which was acknowledged but given the total opposite (on the 2nd floor next to a service elevator!) Walls are so thin I could hear the neighbor snoring, service elevator constantly going up &down and people talking in the hallway.
Was celebrating a once in a lifetime milestone which was not even acknowledged and instead was presented with insulting “recognition”.
I was looking for a hotel to return on a regular basis since I would be returning to London on a regular basis going forward but this place would unfortunately not be the one. Thankfully, London has no shortage of luxury hotels, especially in that neighborhood .
