Pretty loud due to trains close by and walking people. Room had the smallest shower ever and my husband who is only 5'10 head touched the ceilijg lights. Room was awkward and felt like a dorm.

The bathroom is too small that even toileting and bathing activities are restricted. There is no lift so you would feel difficult to carry your bags if they are big and heavy.

This quiet hotel is ideally located, just off Euston Road, so convenient for both Euston and Kings Cross stations. Our room was clean, tidy and well equipped with all we needed for a short break. Staff were helpful and courteous. There is a Starbucks a few minutes' walk away. Plenty of options for food within a short walk. It is also well located for an easy walk into the centre of London. Recommended for short breaks.

Excellent location. Bit strange that you check in at one place and stay in an apartment 10 mins away but they drove us there so no hassle. Comfortable beds but the single bed is only really suitable for a child. Nice little kitchenette but the toaster was broken. Also, Couldn’t get the heating to work during our 3 days there and when we left we were told it was probably just the battery that needed changing in the thermostat. We didn’t report it at the time as it wasn’t too cold but both of these things should really be checked before guests stay. But a great place to stay, in a gated community type thing, so felt really safe. Supermarket, cafes, pubs etc all close by. On a bus route into central London and just 10 min walk to Kings Cross station.

Perfect location to get around to all of London and to get to/from airport or train arrivals via the tube - less than a five minute walk. We arrived early and dropped off our bags, when we came back to check in they had already moved our bags to our room - great service! Sometimes you're worried about safety when starting near a train station like that, but my wife and I felt relatively safe, even after dark (though we were never really out past 10pm due to jet lag). We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to London!

No lift and very steep stairs for elderly people with mobility problems. Staff were very kind though and carried luggage up and down the stairs. WiFi didn’t work initially. Staff helped there too. Room was small but tidy with everything we needed for short stay.

Close to King's Cross & Euston train station for easy access to London underground including Heathrow airport. Also for trains to other locations in England & Scotland. Close to a pub with excellent food, The Skinners Arms. As well, many lovely breakfast & coffee places. Rooms were clean & quiet, beds very comfortable, shower had consistent hot water.
