Should not be operating

I have travelled a lot and to a lot of user developed countries, but I have never stayed at a hotel that was this unsafe and dilapidated. I couldn't get photos of the non-functioning internet. Actually it worked once but my computer refused to let me use it due to security concerns. I also could not photograph the non-working TV because it just looks like it is off. Finally, I have picture of the ancient microwave, but it doesn't capture that it doesn't work. In case the photos are unclear, the one picture is of dust in hairdryer - a safety hazard, one of the pictures is of the bathroom - that's a picture of mold, and one picture is the inside of the kettle.

The location is OK and the properties are clean. However they ask me to move from room on the ground floor to 4th floor when I was checked in. Sad experience for for having a lot of stairs
