Simple stay in Kew
Lovely pub in a beautiful area. 2 minute walk from station so really good location for exploring Kew and Kew Gardens. The room was comfortable, clean had a bath with a novelty in London hotels. Value for money was great. A little wear and tare but nothing I would expect. The mattress could do with replacing in my room, but it wouldn't put me off rebooking. All in all I'd recommend for a night or two.

The room was quirky layout but nice. Everything went smoothly. it had a separate entrance to pub which was good as came back late. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Booked this hotel as close to a Kew Garden visit short walk to Victoria entrance .. and very close to tube station from central London … has a bar & restaurant which was excellent… room was cozy, warm and clean .. would book again if in the area

The hotel was lovely and the food at the pub was fantastic. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. To note - expedia does not charge you at time of booking and you need to pay on arrival so just a little hiccup there. The location is lovely though no elevators so if you have mobility issues a consideration. Additionally all of kew is on a heathrow flight path so it's a bit noisy, but does die down at night thankfully. Kew neighbourhood is wonderful and a nice step away from the stress of london - a wonderful place to commute from if you're leaving out of heathrow the following day.

It's a quaint little hotel, nice size rooms, restaurant/pub downstairs, convenient to tube station and Kew Gardens. Friendly staff, good food. The room (8) needed another lamp in the corner and it needed a grab bar in the slippery tub/shower for safety. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed in three rooms, on each floor. At the top floor the room had a bathroom big enough for a toddler. The windows were difficult to open, no elevator to take suitcases up, rooms were outdated with a musty smell, low chandeliers, bathroom walls looked like it was cracking. The only reason it was booked was to see the KEW gardens. I would not book this hotel again

Wedding at Kew
We were disappointed that the hotel was covered in scaffolding. The view from room was blocked. Also on one of hottest days we had no air con only a fan. to open window was impossible because of plane noise, also due to our age we struggled up 3 sets of stairs. The breakfast was expensive and did not include tea and coffee
