This is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms flat in a decent location within walking distance to the train. Loved the open living room, dining room and kitchen. Loved that there was dedicated off- street parking. The flat had everything we needed including access to an indoor swimming pool and ability to do your laundry as well. We were there for 11 nights and had everything we needed for our family. The private courtyard for the community with patio table and chairs and BBQ was very convenient as well. Whenever we needed help with anything, property management was tremendously helpful and answered all of our questions and took care of all of our needs. This was our home away from home and we are so grateful for a comfortable, stable, secure place to stay. It also was affordable compared to staying in hotels for a large group.

We are a family of four and stood here for 2 weeks through july/august 2025. Best of the place is the superb connection. 5 min walk to catford station and then 3 stops to London Bridge Station, from where you can easily reach every part of the city.All relevant supermarkets and various shops, restaurants, in walking distance. Area not one of the poshest you will find around London, but we felt safe and comfortable. Did not meet any unfriendly human being…The appartment itself was spacious, showers had good water pressure, kitchen equipment was sufficient for a holiday stay.It has to be mentioned that the pool is only accessable in the afternoon and evening hours but was still great after the day long walks around town. Would happily book again if coming to the same area.

Ho prenotato questo appartamento per il primo week end di ottobre per la mia famiglia e quella di nostri amici.Siamo stati soddisfatti della casa che e' risultata conforme alla descrizione ,spaziosa ,funzionale, in ordine in tutte le sue componenti.Caratteristica dell'architettura tipica della periferia londinese,si trova in una zona tranquilla vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e quindi anche se risulta esser un po' in periferia, con poco meno di venti minuti si arriva facilmente al centro di Londra.Molto apprezzabile la piscina coperta riscaldata e la sala adiacente.Nei pressi si trovano negozi e un supermercato.Posso quindi dare un giudizio certamente positivo.Consigliata.
